St Doulagh’s Cross has been manufactured in Dublin by Declan Killen (Goldsmith), who was commissioned by President McAleese to make the Tara Broach which was presented to H.M. Queen Elizabeth and the Silver Cuff links presented to H.R.H Prince Philip. He also designed and manufactured the jewellery presented to President & Mrs Obama on their recent visit to Ireland.
