During Lent, we met every Wednesday evening at 7.30pm on Zoom for a virtual pilgrimage to the Holy Land, entitled A River Through The Desert. Conducted by the Dean of St George’s College in Jerusalem, the Very Reverend Richard Sewell, this informal course provided a glimpse of the spiritual riches of Jerusalem. Calling all primary school children! Our new Kids’ Club commenced on SUNDAY 6th MARCH in St Marnock’s Chapel attached to St Andrew’s Church. Initially, it will operate on the first Sunday of the month only from 11.30 a.m. However, if there is demand, we will happily extend to a second Sunday. There will no longer be any social distant seating in the main nave of the church or in the choir. You can sit wherever you wish and beside anyone…. A festive looking St Andrew’s Church provided the setting for a most uplifting United Carol Service on the Sunday before Christmas Day. The main body of the church, and the balconies, were well filled, with all Covid regulations duly adhered to, as organist, choir, members of Young Dublin Symphonia and soloist Tanya Sewell served… The draw for the Annual Parish Raffle, in aid of parish funds, took place in St. Andrew’s Parish Centre on Saturday 27th November.
